Kate Moryoussef is a women’s ADHD lifestyle and wellbeing coach, EFT practitioner, author of The ADHD Women's Wellbeing Toolkit and host of the award-winning ADHD Women’s Wellbeing Podcast.
Diagnosed with ADHD at 40, Kate brings together lived experience, professional training and expert insight to support women in understanding themselves with greater clarity and compassion. Her work centres on helping women navigate ADHD in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable, without pressure to “fix” themselves. Through her coaching, podcast, writing and online membership, Kate creates spaces where women feel understood, informed, and less alone.
